    How to permanently delete your account

    Deleting Your Account

    We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your account.

    Before You Delete

    This action is permanent. Deleting your account will:

  1. Remove all your income/expense entries
  2. Delete all tax calculations
  3. Cancel any active subscription
  4. Remove your profile completely
  5. Cannot be undone

    6. Consider Instead

  6. Pause subscription - Keep data, stop paying
  7. Downgrade to Free - Limited access, data preserved
  8. Export data first - Download your records

    9. How to Delete

  9. Go to Profile → Settings
  10. Scroll to bottom
  11. Tap "Delete Account"
  12. Read the warnings
  13. Enter your phone number to confirm
  14. Tap "Permanently Delete"

    15. What Happens After

  15. Immediately: Logged out, can't log back in
  16. Within 24 hours: Data deletion begins
  17. Within 30 days: All data permanently erased
  18. Subscription: Cancelled, no further charges

    19. Refunds After Deletion

  19. No refunds for current billing period
  20. Annual subscribers: Contact support BEFORE deleting for possible pro-rata refund

    21. Exporting Your Data First

    Before deleting, export your records:

  21. Go to Reports → Export Data
  22. Choose format (CSV, PDF)
  23. Download to your device

    24. Re-joining After Deletion

    If you delete and want to return:

  24. Create a new account with your phone number
  25. Previous data cannot be recovered
  26. Start fresh with Free plan

    27. Having Issues?

    If you can't delete your account:

  27. Update to latest app version
  28. Clear app cache
  29. Contact support for manual deletion
