    Annual Filing Deadline

    March 31, 2026

    This is the deadline for:

  1. Filing your annual tax return
  2. Paying any outstanding tax from 2025
  3. Self-employed individuals
  4. Freelancers
  5. Business owners
  6. Content creators

    7. Monthly VAT Returns

    21st of each month

    If you're registered for VAT:

  7. Due 21 days after month-end
  8. Report VAT collected and paid
  9. Remit net VAT to FIRS

    10. PAYE (For Employers)

    10th of each month

    Employers must:

  10. Remit employee taxes by the 10th
  11. This is your employer's responsibility

    12. Quarterly Estimates

    If you make quarterly payments:
